UX & Product designer with over a decade of Product and UX experience. I specialize in crafting agile, modular, iteratively designed experiences that understand the data, results, and strategies that empathetically solve problems for customers.
I seek out understanding as to how real people use the product via user research and strong A/B testing, and revise revise the experience to precisely dial in the product, to make an amazing experience for clients.
Soft Skills
I enjoy speaking with people, whether it is giving presentations, in a group setting gathering user input, or getting peer feedback. Or, you know, at happy hour. Collaborative, cross team input has been key to my success.
I have been studying and using Non Violent Communication, NVC or Compassionate Communication by Marshall Rosenberg for several years. NVC has been extremely beneficial when working across larger teams and with customers to really get to the root of the issues and to create amazing solutions for customers. Giving and receiving Observations, Feelings, Needs and Requests has provided pathways to move forward in my professional life & my personal life.
Hard Skills
I had the privilege to work with Chad on a project to introduce a new Pre-Roll video execution to market. I was impressed with Chad's professionalism in working with our clients & vendors and his ability to innovate and iterate quickly. Chad also brought keen eye for design and creativity to our execution that has consistently impressed customers and helped drive revenue.
I have had the pleasure of working with Chad with projects at CDK. Chad and I collaborated on numerous design based projects for CDK’s automotive client base. Chad has this unique ability to optimize content which not only met campaign objects but exceeded it. He would re-create assets provided to us by our client partners into content which was fluid with user experience ease at its core. Chad did not shy away from a challenge and delivered on projects with tight deadlines. Always keeping up with industry trends, he uses up coming tech and its potential impact on existing business. Chad will not only add strength to any org he assists, but will push it to perform at its optimal capacity. He are a great asset for any organization.
I worked closely with Chad in the same creative format for two years, and afterward as a partner on various projects.
